I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The setting was beautiful and felt like a lush jungle, but the service was a letdown as staff were overly pushy about selling trips. The room was nice and well-decorated, but I wished for more assistance with activities. Overall, it’s a lovely place if you can overlook the hustle from the staff.

My stay at the resort had some highs and lows. The traditional Balinese feel added a nice touch, and the central pool was fantastic for our family. The staff were friendly, but the service lacked in a few areas, especially with some trainees who struggled with English. My stay at this villa was absolutely delightful! Nestled in the serene countryside of Ubud, it perfectly captures the essence of Balinese culture.
